A metropolitan oasis, The New York Botanical Garden is a living museum and the largest urban botanical garden in the United States. With show-stopping exhibitions and wide-ranging programming, NYBG is a singular institution that requires a media strategy to match. Our goal is to create media strategies, campaign concepts, and advertisements that establish NYBG as a destination for nature and art lovers of all ages.

Process
Our major advertising campaigns for NYBG center around its three annual exhibitions the Holiday Train Show®; The Orchid Show; and an annual Summer/Fall exhibition, which often features the works of a single major artist. For each campaign, our Media and Design teams work closely with NYBG’s in-house Marketing team to create placements that showcase the natural beauty and elegance of the Garden’s seasonal offerings, while emphasizing the Garden’s proximity to both New York City and neighboring states and suburbs.

Impact
Through our media planning and tailored ad design, we are able to help NYBG reach the widest and most diverse audience possible, and communicate the broad scope of NYBG’s programming. We use rigorous analytic research combined with digital targeting tactics to advertise to each of the Garden’s core audience segments. Our digital media services for NYBG includes robust social media campaigns during each of the institution’s major exhibits, as well as targeted digital campaigns for each exhibit’s related programming and events, as well as multiple social ad campaigns to promote the Garden’s various education programs.
